When will my order arrive?

Since every order we create is custom-made, our standard turnaround time is 10-12 business days.  Our Base Rep will work with you to ensure your items arrive on time.  RUSH production is available for those projects that require it.


What is your return policy?

At Chest Candy Clothing, every order we produce is customized to your specifications.  We do not print thousands of generic designs,  and sell them off-the-shelf.  Due to the custom nature of our business, we are typically not able to offer returns for products we sell.

If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at Chest Candy Clothing,  or if the goods are otherwise flawed, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your custom order. We will do everything we can to make you happy, and keep you as a loyal customer.  If you are unhappy in any way, please reach out to us at chestcandyclothing@gmail.com.


How do I know if my item will fit properly?

We provide sizing charts for every item we sell.  Simply ask your Base Rep, or contact us directly for this information.  Unfortunately, if you order an item in the wrong size, we are unable to replace it.


How do I know if there is a Base Rep in my area?

Use the Contact Us section, and let us know what base you are on/near.  We will follow up with you within 24 hours with your Base Rep’s information.
